The dining experience offered at Tk Bistro is a testament to the culinary expertise of its founder, Taci. A graduate of the Aires Scavone School of Gastronomy in 2007, Taci’s training is complemented by two years of professional experience in esteemed European kitchens, including Le Caritz in Biarritz and The Ivy in London. This background instills a high standard of quality and creativity in her culinary offerings.

In 2010, Taci took part in an Italian Government initiative focused on Restaurant Management, collaborating with ESPM. This project also provided participants with an invaluable opportunity to hone their skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in Taormina, Sicily—a pivotal experience shaping her approach to cuisine.

Upon returning to Brazil in 2011, Taci established a venue dedicated to hosting events, private dinners, and celebrations, including baptisms and graduations. Her dedication to creating memorable culinary experiences quickly gained recognition.

In 2014, Taci furthered her knowledge by spending time at Olympe in Rio de Janeiro, where she impressed Claude and Thomas Troisgros. Following this experience, she was invited to join their renowned restaurant team. After eight months, she launched her own catering business focused on corporate and social events, collaborating with prominent brands such as Osklen and Nike.

In 2017, Taci relocated to Hollywood, Florida, where she co-founded Tk Bistro with her husband Bruno. Located within the Presidential Circle, Tk Bistro showcases their commitment to providing fresh, high-quality food. The menu offers a delightful array of breakfast and lunch options that reflect Taci's culinary journey and passion for gastronomy.
